    You already have the answer. Nikon D90 is the best for this purpose. It’s value for money spent.

    umm… as far as I know, there are NO dSLR cameras that shoot video. Did Nikon sneak one in? lol

    omg, they did! And if it shoots video half as nicely as it does stills, you sure did answer your own question! lol
