SLR Camera
The SLR camera is basically a single lens reflex camera. It functions with a mechanical mirror system and pentaprism that directs light from the lens to an optical viewfinder behind the camera. These days however, it has gone digital and offers even more features and outstanding performance. These SLR cameras offer exceptional image quality thanks to the digital technology used.
The color and clarity, and in particular, the resolution, have reached new heights in digital photography. In spite of the LCD screens offered by most digital cameras, the SLR camera is still the most popular with professional photographers. The optical SLR viewfinder offers detail and clarity that cannot be matched by an LCD screen. It is also compatible with a wide range of lenses.
