how do you upload videos onto the computer from the canon powershot SD850 IS?

i'm sure someone with a different canon powershot could help me out. the pictures upload (into iPhoto...I have a mac), but the videos always just stay on the camera and never show up anywhere on my computer. am i supposed to do something special for them to show up?

    put the card from ur camera into the appopeate slot in your computer and down load the pic’s, then u can send therm to who ever u want…Don
